Cloque & Dagger pieces are made to order. Production and shipping timelines may vary by garment, destination, and carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

If you need a piece by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to advise honestly.

Please contact us as soon as possible. Because each order enters production quickly, changes and cancellations can only be considered shortly after purchase and are not guaranteed once production has begun.

We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations shown at checkout. Rates, delivery windows, taxes, and duties vary by location.

Each Cloque & Dagger item is made especially for you in a small-run production model. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, sizing preference, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

We ask that you review the size guide, garment measurements, product description, and color options carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

At this time, we cannot offer traditional size exchanges because each item is produced to order. If you are between sizes or unsure about fit, please reach out before ordering and we will help you choose the best size.

Please email cloqueandd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will arrange the appropriate replacement, resolution, or credit.

Each product page should include garment measurements. We recommend comparing those measurements to a piece you already own and love. For an oversized look, size up; for a closer fit, choose the smaller size when between sizes.

Due to screen settings, garment dyeing, handmade-style artwork, and made-to-order production, slight variations in color, wash, print placement, and texture may occur. These variations are part of the small-run nature of the pieces.

Wash inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water, avoid bleach, and tumble dry low or lay flat when possible. To protect the artwork, do not iron directly on the print.
