Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. After that, we’re unable to make changes as orders are processed quickly. Contact us right away and we’ll do our best to accommodate
Due to differences in screen settings and the made-to-order nature of our products, slight variations in color and placement may occur.
We currently ship to Canada, the US, the UK, and Australia. Shipping rates and times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Made-to-Order Policy
Because each item is created specially for you at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or buyer’s remorse.
Our collections are produced in small batches or made-to-order to reduce waste and support a more intentional production process.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email], and we’ll make it right.

Use our returns portal to submit your request. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label by email within 24 hours.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been issued.
Sizing & Fit
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or down for a more fitted look.
Most styles run true to size. Any exceptions are noted in the product description.
